Arin Bunchan (Kua) was born in Trang, in southern Thailand. He graduated from the School of Digital Media and Cinematic Arts at Bangkok University. He is interested in directing and editing works that explore the relationship between image and sound, identity, memory, the lasting impact of school violence, and the environments and people that shape such experiences. His body of work spans short films, documentaries, still photography, and experimental video art, often combining personal experiences and memories with moving images and sound.
